1. Standard market fee is $20/table/week
  2. Opening date: Wednesday, September 21st, 2022
  3. Market hours: 4pm-8pm, every Wednesday
  4. Vendors must be set up by 3:45pm. Vendors participating in the delivery program must arrive no later than 3:30pm.
  5. Any vendor running late must contact the market manager.
  6. Please be respectful to all vendors, customers, and HAV tenants.
  7. Sourcing must be transparent. If selling products from another farm, vendor must cite the origin to the best of their abilities. Market reserves the right to reject a product due to quality, ethical, or sourcing concerns. Products should be from the tri-state area, unless pre-approved by market leadership.
  8. Smaller vendors are encouraged to team up to share a table and market help 🙂
  9. Market team will strive to keep the market as diversified as possible.
  10. Priority will be given to producers.
  11. There are loading docks available, as well as a ramp for easy access to the building.
  12. Vendors must maintain all proper licensing, certifications, insurance, etc. to operate in the state of Rhode Island and be prepared to provide copies upon request.
  13. Do not attend the market if you are experiencing symptoms similar to COVID-19 or food-borne illness.
  14. Please communicate cancellations with market leadership team. More than two cancellations without prior communication may result in suspension from the market. Please provide at least 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds on market fees unless a replacement vendor is found.
